WHAT IS IT?
6 PIECES
Each test includes 5 exercises that encompass multiple skill sets and a performance piece that ties all of them together.
2 REPS
In one take, perform each exercise piece twice with 4 to 8 of counts of rests in between each rep. Play the performance piece once.
1 VIDEO
Record yourself playing all of the required pieces and reps in one video. Once your video is complete, submit it to Percussion IQ Staff for analysis

There are several pieces to be prepared. Each piece will target a different rudiment or skillset with one all-encompassing piece to challenge those skillsets together.

RECORD YOURSELF
Record yourself drumming each exercise twice and the piece once. The recording must be all be done in 1 take. Drum to an audible metronome and mark time

UPLOAD SUBMISSION
Pay to submit your test. After payment is received, you will be taken to a submission page. Upload your video so our entire team can review it and create your custom IQ repot and video commentary
